The nearest shop/center is Rakkestad which is about 10 km away. We are also 10 km away from Rudskogenmotorsenter. 20 km to Mysen and Sarpsborg. 1.5 km down to Glomma. There are 2 (120x200) beds in the attic. Large sofa bed (150x220) in the living room. There is access to 2-3 travel beds for children (60x120) if requested. There is a playground and seating area with a fire pit right outside. Max 7 adults +3 children under 3

There are a couple of dogs and a cat on the property, so no pets.

Sovesofa i oppholdsrom til 2 personer til. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Ikke kjøkken, men mulighet for enkel matlaging. Har kjøleskap/mikroovn/dobbel kokeplate/kaffetrakter/vannkoker/oppvaskmaskin og brødrister. Servise/bestikk osv til dere alle. Buss nr 8 går ute i Svaneveien hver time. VELKOMMEN 🥰

It’s the perfect spot for couples or a small Family. The tiny house is built next to our family home, where we live with our two children. You’ll have your own private entrance, parking space, and a lovely outdoor patio with evening sun — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Fredrikstad.

Great caravan that has a fixed space at Opsund is rented out in the short and long term. Short distance to public transport and about 1 km to Sarpsborg city center, train station and bus terminal. Free parking 100m away. Contains bedroom with double bed, dining room, bunk, fridge, kettle, hob, oven, toilet and all necessary kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, cups etc.

In this place you can stay close to everything, the location is central on the east side of Fredrikstad. A stone's throw away from the Old Town and Kongstenhallen. Quiet residential area. A few days or a few weeks; we will agree on the price. One bedroom with a double bed, 2 extra beds on the 2nd floor, can also sleep up to a 5th person on the sofa if desired!

Vi leier ut vårt gjestehus i sommer. Passer for én rolig person – ingen festing, røyking eller dyr. Sentralt beliggende med tre bussholdeplasser mot Fredrikstad sentrum, buss ca. hvert 5. minutt. Kort vei til sentrum. Pizzarestauranter i nærheten og Kiwi kun 50 meter unna. Fullt møblert med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Trivelig hage og terrasse.

Cozy studio, 3 minutes from E6. 8 minutes from Sweden. The studio is a free standing house from 2012, with a basic full size kitchen. Just steps from the door, there is trails leading to the forest. There is trails going to a water tower or bays. Historic sites are plentiful. Only 1,2 km from the ocean. The lodging is private and quiet.

You can't get any closer to the sea!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the waves and a simple life with the sea as a neighbor. An annex with a large terrace (about 25 sqm) consisting of one room, contains a refrigerator, simple hot plate, coffee maker, outdoor shower, water in a jug and a portable toilet in a small separate room/shed.
