The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Everything was very good, the place according to the description with everything you need, it is a strategic point for good walks, Laguna Garzón, José Ignacio, La Juanita, the MACA, Punta del Este and many others, at night it is a pleasure to hear the sound of the waves and the tranquility of the Spa, the services are relatively close, the Super has good fruit, vegetables, meat and bakery and the service station is a few blocks away. Adriana and Antonio welcomed us impeccably and stayed at the order for what we needed.

It is a very nice house in an incredible natural space, with the possibility of hiking between nature and the energy that the saws have.

We had a wonderful stay in Piriápolis! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!
