We had a very pleasant stay in this small house with the possibility of parking the vehicle in the enclosed courtyard. In addition, we were able to fully enjoy the pleasant private terrace. The exchanges with Sylvie and Jean Paul were very friendly, and they were very accommodating for the arrival and departure times. We'll be happy to go back!

Eve & Stephane are the most charming hosts & were always attentive to our needs Any little problems were sorted speedily. The location is excelent for exploring Montpellier & we found it an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre. We also took trams which seem to run every few minutes to the centre at a modest cost of 1.9 euros. Fabulous swimming pool at the property which was available between 10.00 & 16.00 hours. Montpellier is a very attractive & elegant city with easy train connections to Nimes, Avignon, Arles & Sete which we also explored.

Excellent stay at Émilie's. The accommodation is functional, clean, spacious (1 large living room and a huge bathroom / WC). Also has character due to the age of the building. Pleasant host. I highly recommend it!

Very friendly host, responding clearly and quickly to any questions we may have. Clean, beautiful, quiet Airbnb. Nothing to say, everything matches the listing.

The apartment is done with a lot, a lot of taste, I love it! It was very nice! There is a real search for harmony of colors, materials. Very clean with a large living room, a huge well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom, and two huge terraces, we were really quiet. We preferred to park simply in the street, there was space just in front, the village is very quiet. Thanks also to Marion for her responsiveness by SMS! if I really had to find a point of improvement (but it's really looking for the little bug!) it would be a small lamp to be able to read in the evening without disturbing the spouse, (because the bulbs towards the bed always light up together and from the entrance of the room) or simpler plan to bring your e-reader if you like to read a little in the evening in your bed!

We stayed at this location for an extended time and were completely satisfied with the accommodation and the service provided by Pascal and Valerie. The check-in was very easy with them meeting us and explaining the usage and availability of amenities in the apartment. They were very responsive and helpful in so many ways for any issues we needed help with. Everything was well furnished, new and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with accessories, storage and counter space and AC/heater unit is quiet and worked well. Outdoor space is comfortable, private, quiet, and flexible in it’s use. Plenty of plants and greenery on the outdoor terrace. Always available free parking right outside the entrance. Location is in a Cul de sac so almost no traffic noise. The tram is a 15 min walk. 10 min to most amenities. Overall, the location is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if the circumstances allowed for it. Swann is super responsive and welcoming. The accommodation is more than adequate, it is air-conditioned and even offers a private parking space. The accommodation is easy to access and close to tram stops and all other amenities. I recommend +++!!! Looking forward to coming back, thank you Swann

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Nice location, the accommodation was very quiet. The air conditioning is working very well! The only downside is that the fridge makes a little noise and can sometimes disturb sleep.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Gilles's. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting but not far from the city center. Gilles, was very available and welcoming. We appreciated the small, thoughtful gestures!

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
