Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Savannah River

YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS STAY!!!! My son lovvvvveeeeddddd the game room the kids woke up playing hockey, his friend goal everyday was to beat the Pac-Man’s world record- he did 3 times! lol the stay was very relaxing but also entertaining for the kids, and 15 minutes from beach, 4-10 minutes from stores! Also if you work while traveling it’s a computer desk in a room to set up! Me and the kids loved EVERYTHING about this place!!!! Our vacation here was a 10 out of 10!!!

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Walkable to many great restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay a third time.

Joel and Angie,we’re very responsive . They were also very accommodating,they made me and my family feel right at home,my kids loved this place . They have toys and fun activies for families with young kids. And the coffee was a definite plus for me ,so thank you Joel and Angie.

This was perfect for us in Savannah. we walked everywhere . Great parks around. easy walking to downtown.Everyone was very friendly and we felt safe every place we walked. we really enjoyed Savannah and would recommend this place highly.

I had an amazing stay at Matthew’s Place. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Every little detail was thought of. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a 1–2 minute walk to Forsyth Park and about a 20–30 minute stroll to River Street. The space was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the balcony, where we spent a few peaceful hours each morning enjoying the view and fresh air. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming historic apartment in Savannah! The space is beautifully hued in soft pinks and warm reds, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best we've slept in while traveling—and everything was delightfully clean and well-maintained. The color palette and décor give the apartment a unique character that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the park, Kroger, and plenty of great restaurants. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our dog along for the adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Savannah!

Janet’s place was ideally located. In a quiet residential area just a few steps from Forsyth Park. The area was very walkable with lots of really good restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes walk. The unit was comfortable and well pointed. The air-conditioning worked very well. We felt very much at Home and Janet’s unit. The washer and dryer worked properly. It was a great convenience to have during our stay.

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

The library is a studio from a dream. There is plenty of room to spread out comfortably; spaces to read, work, eat and sleep; a simple kitchen and an elegant bathroom. It is beautifully decorated and the lighting system gives you just the right amount of light just where you need it. We absolutely love this unit.

Great place to stay for a few days in Savannah. Clean, comfortable beds, perfect location and easy to access. Host was accessible and very responsive. Would stay there again.

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Mike and Sarah’s condo! Location was easy to access and very close to Forsyth park (easy walk), which is why we booked since we were in town for a wedding. Street was quiet and very picturesque, and we got around easy either driving or using Lyft. Condo was quiet and clean, normal amount of street noise for an old building. We had no complaints!

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this room is by far the best! It was clean, had every thing we needed & more, and was a perfect location for a wagon haul to the beach. It was impressively stocked with things you may forget. We had a wonderful stay & will be staying in this room again for our next stay. Thank you!

Sarah's place is so beautiful- smells fantastic btw! Complete amenities with wifi, tv, kitchen with snacks and drinks, king-sized beds (my favorite and really comfortable), sofa inside the bedroom and in the living room, and also soft pillows. I love how cozy the place is and it's close to a lot of great restaurants and most importantly, the trolley! We only had one day to explore and this place made it all worth it. Saved so much time to be able to explore everything we wanted to go and do. Even if it rained, still, everything was perfect timing and we were able to experience all the fun stuff Savannah has to offer. I definitely recommend this place especially if you want convenience, safety, and quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The location is an easy walk to Forsyth Park. Easy, short drive to historic district or areas near River street. Beds are very comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer. Great kitchen!

This is a great location in Historic Savannah with a nice grocery store just a block or so away. We were concerned that there would be difficulty parking nearby but was not the issue. Just pay attention to the street sweeping schedule. The house was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The back deck was a wonderful place to enjoy our breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here!

This place was ideal for us. Pet friendly and super clean. The location is perfect for walking to sights and good restaurants. Kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook (we didn't). Neighborhood is quiet and we felt completely safe. A comfortable and enjoyable stay.
