Close to Bordeaux (1 hour), castles (Duras, Bridoire, Biron, etc.), Bastides (Eymet, Issigeac, etc.), numerous outdoor activities in the heart of Périgord (canoeing on the Dordogne, treetop adventures, hiking, etc.)

On equestrian property of 50 hectares, I offer you 1 rental in a characterful stone house with comfort, on the edge of a large body of water. A swimming pool is at your disposal (not attached), it is shared between the tenants of the 3 summer cottages. The cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We prioritize bookings from Saturday to Saturday. "Mirathe" is nestled in the middle of the Baleyssagues hazelnut groves and a few minutes' walk from the Village des Pruniers. It is also close to Duras, with its weekly markets and impressive castle, and the bastide of Monsegur, famous for its annual jazz festival. Located on the borders of Dordogne (Bergerac airport 40 minutes away), Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde (Bordeaux 1 hour 20 minutes away), Mirathe is an ideal base for discovering this beautiful region.
