LA MOIRE, country house for rent

La Moire welcomes you all year round in an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fireplace, in total calm. It is very well located, in the village of Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, close to Azay-le-Rideau (9 km), Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent castles of the Loire. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, heated above-ground pool from April to October depending on weather. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

"La Bergerie" 9-person gîte with pool

Pool closed from October 30 to the end of March. The Gîte "La Bergerie" awaits you in a quiet place located in the center of the castles of the Loire and in the heart of the vineyards between Tours and Saumur. It is a family cottage all gathering to make an evening is prohibited. The grounds are shaded and our indoor pool heated to 29°. House renovated in 2018 with large rooms that can accommodate up to 9 adults plus two babies maximum for good times for family or groups of friends.

"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Notre Gîte est adapté aussi bien pour les couples et les familles avec enfants pour des vacances à la campagne, que les voyageurs professionnels en quête d'un lieu de vie parfaitement aménagé pour profiter autrement de leurs soirées et week-ends.

Peaceful accommodation that consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, a built-in double bed and a mezzanine where 2 beds are installed. Large bay windows open onto a beautiful terrace equipped for relaxation. The forest is nearby for walking or cycling. Ideally located to visit the castles of Langeais, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Islette, Rigny-Ussé... We offer to share our pool (covered if the weather is bad).

We trust our guests to respect the premises and leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Non-smoking accommodation, ashtray available in the garden.
