(24.9 ㎡) There is a 1K style double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a bed. It is fully equipped with furniture and appliances, and it is also recommended for long-term use. There are also several convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. The supermarket is also a 3-minute walk from Mina Tenjin. Hakata Ramen ShinShin Tenjin Honten is also a 2-minute walk.
