The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The tiny house has a bedroom with 2 single beds in the lower area and 2 single beds in the upper floor, which can be reached via a staircase. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials you need for cooking. Directly in the tiny house, you can use a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

The New Port house with its three bedrooms and large living room offers enough space for 6 people. Two independently usable, fully equipped bathrooms allow a lot of privacy. The absolute highlight of this house is the 25 m², individually usable roof terrace. From here you have a perfect view of the entire area, as well as a great view of the Goitzsche.
