The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Autumn is finally here! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds are chirping you and the forest lake calls the hardened ones to swim (12 min walk). You will sit all day on the terrace, make bonfires and chill – and in the evening heat the sauna! If it gets fresh, you can heat the kitchen witch and settle in. Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

The Blickinsfreie is an old accordion factory on the edge of the forest, which we lovingly and very individually renovated from 2015-2017.
