The bedroom received a new bed in 2026 and gets light and fresh air through the characteristic light shaft running from the rooftop terrace through the house, keeping the apartment pleasantly cool in summer. The spacious, recently renovated bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Outside, you can place a small terrace set for coffee, a book, or a tapa.
