Our stay was excellent! The location is ideal for walking to the Center and other attractions. The security of the entrance gate was reassuring. The amenities were great and plentiful for everything we wanted to do. A definite 5 star stay!!

From the moment we arrived, the place exceeded all our expectations. The place is impeccably cared for, with a decor that perfectly combines comfort and style. Every corner seems thought out in great detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, the beds were very comfortable! In addition, the environment is quiet. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available for any questions or recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay!

We had the perfect stay at Rene's apartment. It was spacious, clean and cosy, with amazing views of the city and mountains. The apartment is very well located - right next to a park and lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. And a very short walk to the beautiful Tomebamba River and Old City of city of Cuenca. Would highly recommend!

A quiet and beautiful place, Wilson was attentive to my concerns, and responds quickly, 10/10

This second floor apartment is an excellent value for the price. It is just across the street from Balnearios and Hosteria Duran. There are a few restaurants nearby but the area isn't super walkable. Overnight car parking is free and about two blocks away. Marco was an excellent host and his communication was very responsive. The king size bed is comfortable, and the on-demand shower provides good hot water. However, the kitchen and bathroom sinks do not have hot water. The kitchen has all the basics, but not a lot of extras. Most importantly, there is a coffee maker and microwave. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we are in the area.

Had an oppty to stay at Eliana’s place for a week while in Cuenca and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Her unit was as described in pictures! Had all the necessary amenities and the building security was friendly and helpful. The building boast a lovely courtyard with a fountain which provided a calming and cleansing sound throughout the day. 1-2 min walk to both the Tarqui and Yanuncay rivers and a 5 min walk to the Botanical Garden. 7 min walk to the best Bocatti in cuenca, which not only has fresh baked goods, but also fresh meat and groceries for a super close one-stop shop. Location of her unit is also just a 15 min walk to the largest mall in Cuenca.

This is a fantastic Airbnb! Spotless and brand new and a great deal. The neighborhood is a bit far but if you are cool with the location, it’s a great deal.

I highly recommend it. The apartment is new, parking, rooms, washing machine, bathrooms, everything is great. Just as a recommendation, the bed in the master bedroom should be 2.5. It was very small for two people and there were no outlets in the master bedroom, only in the bathroom. The rest was excellent, always responded attentively. Recommended

I travel a lot and it’s rare to find a place where I could feel at home. It’s a perfect size place with a beautiful view. My host Mr. Salvador was very helpful and courteous. I’m looking forward on staying there again. Thank you again.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.
