We found it very comfortable and clean, it is a modern and beautiful house! Yes, we would come back to stay again! Pablo is very kind and attentive.

A magical place just outside Cuenca. Jhon was there for us the whole time. I recommend this place if you want a place in the middle of nature.

Stayed 1 month at this spacious 3 bedroom condominium in the hills above the main city of Cuenca. All beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. Kitchen has most everything needed to cook at home. Dr. Santiago was friendly, responsive and very helpful with check-in and other concerns. Supermarket and restaurants are 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Overall good stay.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Beautiful estate, very well maintained, perfect for resting. Central, very close to Cuenca, but at the same time sufficiently secluded, projecting tranquility and peace. Its amenities are inviting for a better rest. Our young adults enjoyed the tennis court, basketball and board games. At the end of the day, relaxing by the fireplace was one of the best moments... We recommend this Quinta 100%.

The Host very friendly, responsible . The house was very spacious , clean , and very welcoming, my family and I felt right at home, I would stay here again!

We repeat the stay, because the place offers a lot of peace of mind. We had a wonderful time at the pool. It is an excellent option to rest, read, and enjoy the view. Because of the weather, pool activities can last all day long.

Excellent place to spend a weekend, whether alone or with friends and family. Everything is very organized and clean. Juan Fernando is very attentive to any news and indications. Although the use of the pool is more of an administrative arrangement, it is worth it. I would return to the same place as many times as I can. Thank you for your help.

Beautiful Quinta, just like the photos, perfect to enjoy nature, we spent moments of relaxation and tranquility. My whole family was looking forward to returning.

Check-out is very early, so it doesn't allow you to enjoy everything well, the rest was fine.

The apartment is simply beautiful. It is located in a very quiet, safe and at the same time accessible area to reach any part of the city. Right in front there is a square that gives a special charm to the environment, ideal for going for a walk, eating or simply relaxing. Everything was impeccable and well-equipped, you can see the care in every detail. It was definitely a very pleasant experience. I ☺️would stay there again without thinking twice. Recommended!!!!!

The room is located between two roads, convenient for transportation, but there is also a lot of noise during the day.The house is quite spacious and the decoration style is nice.There aren't many shops around, there is a roast chicken shop, but it's quite salty.There is a Supermaxi about 5 minutes' drive away.The owner communicates smoothly and is very nice.

Once I located the condo and gained access is was a lovely place! The apartment is as advertised and is a great value. Great parking under the building and the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the southbound Tram station (going toward Terminal Terrestre or the Airport). Coffee shop and nail salon on the bottom level of the building. Darwin the front desk man was very helpful and accommodating. SuperMaxi is 5 minute walk around the corner.

The apartment is spotless, as shown in the pictures, great location close to everything. Sunday is always attentive x if you need help with something. I recommend it 100%.

This is the second time I have come, and I always exceed my expectations, it seems really beautiful to me, it would come 100 times more.
