Joaquin's house is excellent for enjoying La Cruz. The kitchen is very well equipped for families and the views from the living room are spectacular. The beachfront location is excellent for exploring Banderas Bay and there is Uber service and other apps to get around the area. We hope to return soon!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

The person who was in contact with us was very kind. The girl who cleans the apartment leaves it impeccable. It is worth paying for cleaning if you go for many days. The lobby staff leaves a lot to be desired, but other than that, the stay was very pleasant, the pool, everything. We had a great time and felt very safe. My children and we were happy and of course we would return.

A comfortable apartment and easy access to the main part of Sayulita, but at a good price.

Cristian and Juan were amazing hosts! They were extremely kind and helpful, they gave great recommendations. The apartment was in a great quiet location and was super clean. We also loved the warm welcomes from Panda!

Just home from a 2 week stay - Vallarta Jr Suites was everything we'd hope for and more. It is easy to see why this place is so popular. The location is perfect - close to the main action yet surprisingly quiet. What stood out the most, though, was the staff who made you feel as though you were "a regular" (thank you Pepe and Veronica). We have already booked for next year - that says it all!

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and space, it felt very comfortable to be there for a week, 10-15 min to get downtown and San Pancho beach!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

The house is very nice, very comfortable, we felt right at home throughout the stay. The host is attentive to everything. Everything was very clean and very close to the sea. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

I want to take the time to share our wonderful time at this beautiful home first of all it was exactly as described in the pictures this house makes you feel like home but with a perfect size pool and very private if you don’t mind walking less than a mile you will find many varieties of foods and 2 small plazas with everything you could need pharmacy all the way to boutiques and nail shop will definitely come back next time we are in town also the host was very attentive all of our stay thank you again for everything

I truly enjoyed this space. Host is AMAZING!

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

We loved our stay at this condo! Perfect location, easy to get around, close to everything but out of the thick of it. Condo is exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Loved the balcony and the rooftop pool is fantastic! Hosts were very clear with instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend these hosts and this wonderful condo. Thank you!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, plus Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about the Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Our stay at this modern and chic Airbnb in the PV Romantic Zone was perfect! We felt completely at home – in fact, we were so comfortable, we wanted to know where the amazing linens and mattress came from! 🤣 The location is super convenient, and is walking distance to the heart of all the gay pride events, restaurants, bars, and los muertos beach including Mantamar 🐋. The rooftop pool was awesome. It had great views of the bay. My one piece of feedback would be to get the refrigerator working at the pool bar. It is about to be under renovation so that could be why. The 24-hour security was a huge plus. We loved relaxing on the balcony, whether it was to cool down after a day in the sun or get ready for an evening out. And the sliding walls were such a cool, unique feature that added to the open and inviting feel of the place. The host, Will was super responsive and helpful. We were able to be super flexible and he made sure we were comfortable. 10/10 - would stay here again!

We had a great stay - being on the beach is priceless. We loved the pool - it was huge, beautiful and never crowded. I loved not having to fight for a pool chair. The place itself does take a beating from being on the ocean, but that is to be expected with a beachfront location. The kitchen was serviceable - but the porch was incredible - we loved sitting out there in the morning watching the ocean. Restaurants are super walkable and many are really, really good. The ocean right in front of the condo was a bit rough for us, but we just walked down the beach towards a smaller cove and found good swimming for our 12 and 15 year old boys. Overall it was a terrific trip! Thanks for sharing this special place with us!
