La casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in due famiglie e siamo stati molto comodi nella villetta a schiera. Ogni stanza ha le zanzariere, e il condizionatore, lo spazio esterno è attrezzato con tavolo e poltroncine per cene o colazioni. Il villaggio ha una piscina in comune e un campo da tennis.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Super séjour en famille et avec notre compagnon à 4 pattes (accueilli comme une reine dans cette belle région des pouille.) Terrain sécurisé pour votre animal de compagnie . Emidio le propriétaire de la villa minetta est très agréable et humain , du début jusqu'à à la fin de notre séjour il à été à l'écoute, réactif et de bon conseilles . Merci pour l'adresse de ce super restaurant 😊 Petites attentions appréciables à notre arrivé . Collations et eau fraîche dans le frigo . La maison est agréable et tous confort, la piscine est top et une belle plage à quelques pas où nous avons passé de bon moments . Je recommande vivement cette jolie villa si vous êtes de passage dans les pouilles Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs pour notre prochain voyage . A really interesting and beautiful place to stay. The house feels like a converted barn and is situated in a vast wild space with an olive grove, which was fascinating to explore. The house itself is decorated with old furniture in keeping with the age of the building. The kitchen is simple but certainly adequate for making meals. There is a lovely outdoor area for eating which would be an important feature in hot weather. The swimming pool is a good size surrounded by mature trees so an attractive place to spend time. I would suggest that it’s not so appropriate for people with children under 5 The town is a drive away from the house so it’s important to think about getting supplies in advance as there’s no local shop. I would recommend this as a base for visiting the towns of Matera or Martinafranca.

Siamo venuti in quattro da Milano per un weekend lungo alla scoperta della Puglia e abbiamo trovato un vero angolo di paradiso. La villa è bellissima: immersa nella quiete della campagna, con una piscina a sfioro spettacolare che da sola vale il viaggio. Inoltre a pochi minuti di macchina si possono raggiungere spiaggie con mare cristallino. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, gli ambienti sono spaziosi, gli arredi nuovissimi e i letti molto comodi. La pulizia impeccabile. L’Host sempre disponibile, attento e reattivo. Ci ha dato ottime indicazioni! CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Deze Trullo is echt een pareltje ik zou het iedereen aanraden. Wij gingen met 2 kinderen van 2 en 4 jaar, er was een potje, speelgoed, microgolf en kinder servies beschikbaar dus dat was super. Er zijn ook schommels en een glijbaantje. Het zwembad is omheind wat echt een veilig gevoel geeft. Maar los van alle voorzieningen is de Trullo geweldig. Het is beter/ruimer dan op de foto’s. De tuin/zwembad is ook supermooi en goed onderhouden. Het is perfect gelegen dicht bij Martina Franca, Locorotondo & Alberobello. We hebben heel veel goede tips gekregen van de eigenaars voor uitstapjes in de buurt die er echt voor zorgden dat we een fantastische vakantie hadden. Ik zou direct opnieuw willen gaan!

Ook al bleven we maar twee nachten in Grottole, we hebben echt kunnen genieten van het huis en. de omgeving. Eliane was een heel fijne gastvrouw, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het huis is mooi gerenoveerd en stijlvol ingericht. Wat een mooi project! Een aanrader!

Fantastic apartment just outside the Sassi with a great terrace view. Close to everything! Super clean, comfortable bed and amazing hosts. Bonus breakfast offered between 8:30-9:30...pancakes this morning, croissants, juice yogurt and a few other delights. Highly recommend ❤️

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and were so impressed by the attention to detail. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Il paesino in cui si trova è vivo ma tranquillo. La comunicazione con Grazia è stata molto utile e cordiale. La posizione è ottimale per visitare Matera.

"Stylish Urban Escape – Perfect Location, Firm Mattress Heads-Up" The Good: 📍 Prime location – Just a short walk to restaurants and all the city buzz. ✨ Beautiful apartment – Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish, with amazing rooftop access. 🔒 Total privacy – Felt like a secluded retreat despite being downtown. One Note (for light sleepers): 🛏️ The bed's mattress was much firmer than I expected – I usually don’t fuss over mattresses, but this one had me relocating to the couch (which worked, but wasn’t ideal). That said, my travel companion loved it, so it’s clearly a personal preference! If you prefer a softer mattress, this might not be your perfect match. Final Verdict: Despite the bed’s firmness, our stay was excellent—great space, fantastic location, and everything spotless. Would happily recommend, with the above caveat for fellow soft-mattress lovers!

We had a great time at Civita. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. Great bed, great bathroom and to sit ouside under the olive trees is simply one of the great delights in life. I would say it is easiest to have your own car to get around. We strolled through the village, drove to the beach and up into the mountains, ate some great food and just enjoyed ourselves. Very relaxing. Communication went smooth as well. Ticks all the boxes

Claudio met us at the house with great recommendations. The house was stunning in the mutual living area with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs large bathroom had a washer and a sitting area in which we were able to dry clothes in. The house location is a bit difficult to get large suitcases to, however, we were fine with backpacks and smaller bags. The same holds true for the upstairs bedroom because of the spiral staircase. The view from the upstairs bedroom is wonderful. I highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the Sassi area of Matera!

L'appartement est conforme à la description, très propre. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner (offert) est très copieux. Bonne literie. La petite ville dispose d'une très belle abbaye, on y croise des gens qui disent "bonjour", chose plutôt rare de nos jours. Excellent séjour, merci à notre hôte.

Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Matera for the Giro d’Italia. Beautiful location, lovely property. Super helpful, providing free or paid parking options within walking distance. Fresh breakfast delivery in the morning was lovely. Beds & pillows super comfy & all other facilities a great standard. 100% would stay here again.

Le père de Pietro, très accueillant nous a attendu et réservé stationnement devant appartement ,au RDC, très propre, literie excellente, machine à café, wifi, très proche du centre historique. Parfait pour 2 nuit à Matera.

We had the most wonderful time in Crispiano! The place was perfectly situated in town, well equipped and the host was so friendly and accomodating at all times. Highly highly recommend!

In un gruppo di 5 pensionati, con l'intenzione di visitare un pò di Basilicata, abbiamo scelto Irsina come località dove soggiornare. La casa di Walter è molto bella e accogliente, esattamente corrispondente alla sua descrizione. Provvista di quanto necessario e inserita nel centro storico di questo delizioso paese. Il bel tempo ci ha consentito di visitare alcune delle mete che ci eravamo dati, ma sarebbe molto bello poter tornare. Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Armando and Anna are amazing hosts. Communicative, extremely kind and welcoming. Felt right at home! The house is super spacious, spotlessly cleaned and surrounded by nature. So peaceful. I highly recommend!!

숙소 위치가 두오모 바로 옆이어서 마테라를 걸어서 돌아다니기에 완벽했습니다. Patrizia가 시외버스정거장에서부터 택시를 예약해줘서 편하게 올 수 있었고 항상 빠르게 답변하고 요청 사항도 잘 들어주었습니다. 사진에서 본거처럼 집이 예쁘고 아늑해서 좋았어요! 마테라에 3박도 모자르네요 다시 오고 싶어요!

Casa molto comoda, ben fornita e davvero pulita. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Il luogo è facile da trovare. Calciano non offre molto (a parte paesaggi stupendi), ma è un buon punto per esplorare la zona. In ogni caso, ci siamo trovati benissimo
