This newly renovated fully furnished home is walking proximity to Scarborough beach, tennis/pickle ball courts, restaurants, package store and so much more. It is also conveniently located near the Block Island ferry. The home offers new everything from stainless steel appliances, laundry, and plenty of parking. Central air has been newly installed for those hot summer nights. The home offers a good size yard, patio with a grill, and outdoor shower. 5 beds can sleep 8 to 10 people.

There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.
