Cottage/ cabin with private beach rights

Short walk to pvt beach. There are window a/c units and a portable heating unit and an outdoor shower. Available April through October. It is suitable (ideally)for two people who like cottage living. There is a galley kitchen that is well equipped. This cottage in tucked into a neighborhood of million dollar( and more) homes. It is also a short walk to Dennis center where you will find restaurants, grocery stores, shops, theaters and more. Linens are included for stays of a month or more

Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
