In my resort near the sea - 330 meters , I have available 10 duplex apartments with 3 rooms and a terrace. I describe below: Duplex villa with 3 rooms having a generous area of over 95sqm. Ground floor: open living room and kitchen, terrace and lawn, barbeque, full dishes, bathroom with shower, big sofa bed ,tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each with balcony and second bathroom. The terrace and the barbecue are private spaces only for you group. Parking is included near the villa.

The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, each having king size beds , 1 large spacious living room with a sofa bed , kitchen and 2 bathrooms. On the outside of the villa you have a spacious terrace, barbecue place. The villa is part of a duplex . No parties are allowed. Parties are not allowed.

The mobile cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, but it can also be perfectly arranged for a romantic couples getaway by the sea. (the number of people is selected from the app ). It has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. In front of the cottage, there is an intimate terrace. The 3 tiny houses owned are located in the same yard.
