Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

The approximately 40 square meter Portraetzimmer has been renovated since August 24. Here you will find an individual place where you can feel at home. Cozy, with a special style, lovingly decorated and furnished. The apartment is ideal for your city trip, short vacation and for business travelers. The Portraetzimmer is located in the middle of Erfurt's old town, near the cathedral square. Erfurt Cathedral, department store, bars, bistros and art are right outside the door. Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
