The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay.
