For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Our farm is located in a quiet, sunny location in Hart at about 800 m above sea level. The apartment has four double bedrooms with shower, toilet and balcony. A large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV and radio. It is a completely closed floor. Linens, towels and dish towels are also provided. In-house products such as Kaminwurzen [smoked sausage], Cabanossie [smoked sausage], Bauerspeck [farmer's bacon], eggs, fresh milk and various schnapps are offered.

Vacation home with mountain view

Spend your vacation in our cozy apartment in Tyrolean country house style and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Experienced skiers can ski down the black Aschau slope, which is about 150 m away. From there, a ski bus runs to the valley station Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal. Back to the accommodation, take the Aschau exit again. Expected from about December 27th to the beginning of March. In summer there are many hiking routes, such as on the Zillertal high road.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are located at the entrance of the Zillertal and are a good starting point for cycling tours. Lake Achensee is about 10 minutes by car or by the Achensee railway, which is also within walking distance of Jenbach station in about 15 minutes (1.3 km), as well as the Zillertalbahn. There are also good inns and shopping nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
