A lake surrounded by mountains - Welcome to paradise

Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

The house was built in 1878. The lovingly renovated property has its very own style on 3 floors with a gallery. The bathroom on the 1st floor is open at the top. 2 rooms with a double bed, a gallery with a double bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor. Garden with seating. Parking is very close by for 9 Fr per day. There is a bus stop 20 m from the house. Not suitable for toddlers. Rental period at least 4 days The house is easily accessible by public transport.

Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible by car. There is no public transport connection.
