A lake surrounded by mountains - Welcome to paradise

Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

Das Chalet liegt auf 750 m ü. M. ob Schwyz. Ruhe, Privatsphäre und eine atemberaubende Bergkulisse, perfekt zum Fliehen vom Alltagsstress. Ein 200 Jahre altes Heimatschutzhaus, das weitgehend im Originalzustand blieb und zur Schweizer Geschichte gehört, gepflegt, aber alt. Erhöht über dem Tal bietet es herrliche Ausblicke auf Berg und Tal. Der Platz strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus und ist voller positiver Energie. Da es keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn gibt, ist man hier völlig ungestört.

In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a holiday home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic central Switzerland and is located on the "path of Switzerland" near the SwissHolidayPark leisure and spa complex in the Stoos ski and hiking area. The modern furnished apartment has two comfortable single beds, a kitchenette, an elegant bathroom and a private patio. The holiday house is easily accessible by public transport.

Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
