Studio on the 2nd floor of a large old house with parquet floors, very nice. Quiet neighborhood although located in the city center, 5-minute walking distance to cinema, cafes, restaurants, shops... 1/4 h walk to our beautiful dungeon and Sèvre Niortaise, entrance to the Marais Poitevin that you can browse through the green flow. The bus stop is 200 meters away, they are free, direct universities and mutuals. Free street parking, paid parking 100 m away.

Petit studio (18 m2), classé 2 étoiles, tout neuf (chez l'habitant). Aménagé dans la partie arrière de ma maison , son entrée privative se fait coté route, par le jardin, avec une boite à clé. Sa terrasse est indépendante , donc nous n'avons pas à nous croiser . Il y a juste une porte communicante avec mon salon (bien sur fermée à clé) . Il est situé dans un tout nouveau lotissement (le petit vigneau) à Niort, quartier Cholette.
