Highland loch-side, 2 bed house with amazing view.
"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Rivermill House near Loch Ness - pet friendly.
"Perfect house perfect garden perfect escape" commented guest. If it is a safe haven you are looking for with a large garden complete with a magical river running through the grounds then you have found it. If it is luxury, leisure and an iconic Scottish location, then Rivermill House is right for you. A grand place to escape the pressures of the world and enjoy nature in all her glory! You can relax in isolation or a quick walk to the village brings you back to civilisation when you are ready.

New 4 bed house, high spec in stunning location.
Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

Beautiful period home on loch, wonderful views
Wonderful period home in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Perfect for a long holiday or short break with family or friends, a special celebration or even a honeymoon! Or just to enjoy beautiful scenery. Great for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - 75 mins from Edinburgh. Lovely year round – in summer, sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

Bridge Cottage, Magical 2 bedroom apartment
If your looking for something a little different then the stable wing of The Bridge House may be just for you! My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. Pretty views.

Tigh an Uillt: Riverside Forest Escape + Hot Tub
Tigh an Uillt — Gaelic for house by the river. A relaxed, comfortable space with log fires, a hot tub, and plenty of natural light — ideal for spending time with friends and family. Set beside the river with views of the surrounding forest, it’s a calm place to switch off and unwind. On your doorstep is Cairngorms National Park, the Speyside whisky trail, walking and hiking routes, mountain biking, golf, riverside fishing, birdwatching, and historic castles. License HI-70426-F

Clover Cottage, private hot tub, Brewlands Estate
Nestling in the heart of Brewlands Estate, 6 minutes' drive from the Cairngorm National Park, the surrounding hills rising to 3000 feet, this 5-star 17th century cottage in Highland Perthshire is in an utterly secluded position with stunning views towards the Grampians. Since lots of our clients either become engaged here or come for their honeymoon, we can claim with justice that this is a very romantic place, well away from the stresses of modern life. Fuel now included in rent.

The Coach House at Manse House
Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. The Shorehouse, luxury coastal accommodation.
This 5* luxurious architect-designed property has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the bay and at high tide you'll be just metres from the water's edge. Watch the teeming birdlife on the shore , enjoy the cosy woodburning stove in winter, and look out for the Northern Lights from the deck. With the shops and restaurants of Broadford, Skye's second largest village within walking distance, its the perfect base to explore Skye and Lochalsh.

Ardullie Farmhouse, Foulis Estate, Scotland.
Ardullie Farmhouse is situated on Foulis Estate 2min from Foulis Castle close to Evanton which is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Ardullie Farmhouse is a completely private sanctuary within a mature garden, no neighbours to be heard of and is situated looking over the Cromarty Firth. You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.

Waterfront Cottage on the Applecross Peninsula
Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

Beautiful scenic cottage
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy this gorgeous setting either from the warmth and comfort of the open plan lounge or from your own private deck with extraordinary views over Dumgoyne and the Campsie Hills. You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.
