For any two guests needing separate sleeping arrangements there is a chair-lounger-bed (twin size) available with provided bedding. Located at the end of a gravel road, the Guest House is perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business and equine travelers, and those visiting our many local wedding barn venues, breweries, wineries, lakes, golf courses, and other area attractions.

Well equipped charming guest suite with a private entrance on the ground level with pool access. Conveniently located to many locale attractions. Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. WE DO NOT HOST GUEST THAT LIVE LOCALLY. You can always inquire for special request or situations for exceptions.

The Baus Haus

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
