We have had praise for excellent cleaning!! Fully renovated unit: bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, LVP floor, 2025 paint and new furniture. This 2/2 condo is located in a private Sea Colony community on the West. Ground level, parking in front and anywhere in community (must get a pass). 1000 ft walk to the PRIVATE beach and pools with lifeguards. Tennis Center, Gym, 10 outdoor, 2 year around indoor pools. Fully furnished kitchen. 24/7 security. ***No animals per HOA rule and owner health
