Crystal helped our stay in DE go flawlessly. She was quick to respond to the couple of questions I had and her place was easy to get to and met our needs perfectly. Would highly recommend !

It was truly the perfect location to stay for my son’s wedding which was at the Hyatt Place right next door! An amazing experience all around from the beautiful beach decor, lovely views of the bay & ocean & convenience of walking everywhere in Dewey! The condo was clean, nicely furnished & had a well-equipped kitchen to make us feel right at home. The host was very welcoming & quick to respond to any questions we had. The wedding venue was beautiful and our stay here made the weekend even more special! It will always be one of my favorite memories.

Place was clean and had nice decor. Would prefer a better option for the couch/sleeping option in the living room. The futon was not super comfortable (not high expectations for a futon) and tipped if you rolled/sat on one side while it was in the bed position. Overall, loved the place and the stay. I’d recommend to bring your own blanket if you are particular. Most of the blankets provided are light or throw type blankets. The place was cleaned and seemed well maintained.

Terri’s place was such a cozy home! It had a lot of charm to it, great location, lovely balcony, and it was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay by the Delaware beaches.

Great host, very responsive. Great location. The only minor issue was the check out process was a bit excessive, wanting the guest to put the sheets and towels in the washer and take the trash out. I thought that’s what cleaning people were for. Overall, though, I would stay again.

Fantastic! We had a great time! The condo was very clean and livable, everything was in good working order. The location was excellent! Restaurants and beach a short walk away. Hosts recommendations on restaurants and activities were spot on! Highly recommend to all!

Cozy, comfortable, and well situated to beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Felt like home away from home for our family getaway. Particularly enjoyed the community pool, proximity to the beach and to many terrific restaurants. Only wish we had more time! Hope to stay again at Greg's when we return to Rehoboth Beach.

Nice condo in the heart of Dewey Beach. Great to be in short walking distance to beach, bay, and several restaurants and bars.

Florian's place in Rehoboth was great. Pictures perfectly show the apartment. Spotlessly clean! Although it is not in town, the place is close to the outlets, grocery stores and restaurants, and is a short drive to town and the beach. The unit is really comfortable, and has all the kitchen amenities one needs for a stay there. The grounds of the condo are really nice - surrounded by woods, and it is very quiet. Would definitely recommend it!

Great place and excellent host. Ryan was extremely accommodating. His condo is clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a great beach stay. My wife has a back issue and when we had an issue with the mattress Ryan resolved it immediately and provided an excellent mattress topper. The condo is a very quick drive to downtown and the beaches. When we weren't out we had fun playing board games provided in the condo or cooking or even having coffee on the screened in porch. Ryan was an excellent host and a great choice for the activities we had planned for our stay. I cannot say enough good things about the cleanliness, decor, and responsiveness. He made our first trip to Rehoboth a great one!

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and loved the short walk to the beach! Brian communicated very well and accommodated an early and late check in for us! Would stay here again.

Fil & Rich were incredibly responsive and proactive! The place was excellently kept and was as described and showed in photos. The location is right off the main road, but far enough in that that there was barely any road/noise pollution. It was a lovely stay overall and would absolutely stay here again or at any Fil & Rich AirB&B!

Brent's place is amazing! everything is great, quiet place, safe for our toddler and most of all, eric and brent are responsive to my inquiries. our first time in Rehoboth make it more memorable because of their place, no hassle at all. we'll surely stay here again next time we visit Rehoboth and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth Beach! The condo was beautiful! We felt so comfortable there, and it was very spacious for our family of 4. We also loved how many things were included, which made packing so much easier - they had towels, beach chairs, a cooler bag, umbrellas, a stroller, etc. We ended up buying our own hand soap since theirs was very watered down. The pool was fun (though a little cold during our week), and the beach was so close. My only complaint was about some noise (which should be expected when staying in a condo on Rt 1). On our first night, there was a party happening in either a nearby unit or outside that was very loud, and sometimes, we could hear the people in the unit downstairs. Also, every morning at 5 am, the garbage truck comes and wakes us all up. It's not enough to ruin the trip at all - it's just something to keep in mind if you have little kids. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay here again though! So clean and comfortable.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach with two toddlers and this Airbnb was perfect. The location was very quiet, family friendly, and centrally located to many activities in the area. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was. Theresa and Geri were incredibly thoughtful with offering bread/milk for our kids prior to arrival, as well as providing snacks, beach supplies, and gifts for our kids. Communication was excellent with clear instructions, lots of recommendations for food and activities, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not ask for a better experience and would love to return!

Myself, my daughter, and my brother stayed here for a few days short of SIX months. The hosts were very accommodating and answered our text messages as if they were family. AJ & Rachel, as well as Mike were prompt with anything that needed to be tended to. I am sad we had to leave. Unfortunately, in towns so close to the beach the prices changed immensely in the summertime. If the price was consistent I don’t think we would have EVER left—they would have needed to kick us out! As we all go through things, I went through quite a lot in those 6 months and being able to do so in their space made life a lot easier. We took pride in staying there and enjoyed the peace. This is a family-friendly environment that is pushed far away enough from the coastal highway so it doesn’t give a “highway vibe,” and you hear absolutely zero traffic. Because we stayed in winter & spring months we were not able to enjoy the pool or beach amenities. I believe they’ll be finding us a place to stay this fall.

We have two elementary aged kids and the location was perfect for us - we were next to the pool, and two playgrounds and the basketball and tennis courts were a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the wildlife and quiet but were able to go into town and visit the boardwalk easily. Thank you for a lovely stay Sue!

Our favorite place in Lewes! Janet was an excellent host; let us know the happenings in the area. Beautifully decorated and excellent kitchen supplies! Very comfortable beds.

We think that this is the 5th time that our family has stayed at Scott’s condo! It is always perfect and feels like our beach home away from home. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, super cute, and close to so many things… Scott’s place is always a great place to stay. Scott communicates SO well and is super thorough and timely. Everything at the condo is done with intention. We love it! Recommendations from the area that are always on point and are right in the Lewes area near the condo … definitely hit up Emmanuel’s for dinner (especially the fajitas!!), Cape Water Tours, and Quest for water sports fun (also- get your picture with the El Camino that is there!).

Great place! The location and view are unbeatable in Lewes. Beautiful sunset (and daytime and nighttime) views from the big balcony. The condo is simple and uncluttered, small but comfortable and has everything you need. Wonderful to be able to get this location and view at this price.
