It is less than a mile to the Camp North End area, home of all things hip: live music, art, boutiques, breweries, etc. Some of the home’s perks include a fenced yard, fast wifi, Netflix, a great kitchen, and modern decor. It is a perfect home base! Dogs ok with pre-approval and $30 fee (details below).

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

Keswick Retreat is a serene space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Retreat has large glass doors with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Custom details make Keswick Retreat a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
