Holiday rentals with a patio in Sea of Japan

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

The room was very clean and a pleasant stay. Also, since it was on a high floor, the view was very wonderful. Since I could walk to the downtown area, I was able to enjoy the Susuki area without worrying about the time. Shingo offers a variety of services and seems to have some recommended restaurants, so I would like to stay there next time. It's not enough for just one night. 3 people stayed without any inconvenience~ It's very close to Hakata Station, and there are no uphill roads, so it was easy to move around with a carrier, and there are convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, so I think I'll book it again if I go to Fukuoka next time! The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

Great location. This was our second time staying here. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area and closer to subway station. Yasu is a great host! He always responded quickly to our inquiries and gave good advice on where to find things.

We had a great stay here. It is walkable to a few highly rated restaurants and cafes. Overall, we appreciated how peaceful and beautiful this location was. The service of changing towels and taking trash was greatly appreciated!

This was a last minute decision for us to stay here, so glad we did! The 2 hour commute to the airport the next day was worth it! So clean. Very peaceful. The sauna with the cold pool right next to it was perfect. And having our own private onsen was awesome! The house was really clean and looked recently redone and new inside. Loved it. Wish I lived here!

Our stay at Minmi’s place was a highlight of our trip, for so many reasons. Her home is a designer’s dream, so cute and cosy and was immaculately presented. We so enjoyed waking up to beautiful coffee and enjoying the amazing view each day. Minmi went out of her way to make us feel welcome and offered incredible advice for local attractions and excursions. We felt at home in Minmi’s place and we’ll definitely be returning. I visited again this time with a friend from my student days.I was worried about the rain at the time, but the weather was good during my stay, and this morning I was able to enjoy a little sunshine and the usual wonderful ocean view. The facilities were still very clean and I had a pleasant time. The friend I visited with me this time was visiting for the first time, but he was impressed by the wonderful view from the room. This time, he said he would like to visit with his family. The owner was also very kind and helpful, and I am grateful for the hospitality. Next, I heard that you can go to the neighboring Hamakanaya by train or bus, take the ropeway to the top of Mt. Nokogiri, and then descend using the mountain trail, visiting famous places such as Jigoku Nozoki, the Great Buddha, and the Japanese Temple, and then descend near the facility, so I definitely wanted to try it. I would like to visit again in the near future. Thank you very much!

It's already my third visit. This time, too, the bedding, which I think is the most important, was so fluffy and nice, and I like that it's clean without clutter! I stayed 3 nights as comfortably as my own home~ The sea view is nice, but it's even better because you can walk to it, and there are 2 convenience stores in front of the accommodation, and it's close to the Jinji market, so it's perfect~ ^^

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

Very cozy house in a clean neighborhood. My family really enjoy the quietness and privacy. It’s a new and full-functional home. Not located in center Tokyo, but just 3 minutes walking to train station and fast to Shibuya by express line. Erin also gives many useful guide in Tokyo for us.

We stayed here for two days and really enjoyed the neighbourhood. The apartment is right next to a 7/11 and a 5 min walk to the closest train station. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had a homely vibe which we loved.

The accommodation is located right in front of the Haeundae sea on foot. It was nice that it was available, and Swag is good in the building, and there are bars and restaurants, so I used it conveniently. There were two bathrooms, so it was good for a family trip. It was nice that the host kindly communicated right away. I felt like I could use it again next time!

The apartment is clean and spacious. It is actually older than the picture shows, but this does not affect its usability. The shower is particularly good and comfortable. The location is okay: it is less than 5 minutes from the nearest station and about 10 minutes from another station. It takes about 30 minutes to reach major areas in Tokyo.
