All 3 bedrooms are ensuite and completely private - perfect for business or leisure. The apartment is on the top floor of a secure apartment block with a private lift entrance. Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment/house to themselves. I do not live on the property, but am nearby and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay if you need something fixed, want to book a tour, require an airport transfer or would just like some local tips. De Waterkant is a vibrant and artsy part of Green Point, and a historical landmark. It's very central — tucked between Table Mountain, the city center, and the prestigious V&A Waterfront. It features mixed Georgian, Cape Dutch, and Asian colourful architecture, plus cobbled streets. Just 25km from the Cape Town International Airport. Should you not hire a car: Many amenities are within walking distance and taxis or Uber readily service the area. A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is just down the road on Somerset Road. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village. The red open top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing bus is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds. **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Cape Town (and South Africa) is in the midst of a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water use. Some small things that each individual can do to help: -Keep Showers as short as possible. -Turn off the taps when not actually using the water (ie while brushing teeth, shaving, soaping up, washing hair or dishes.) -While heating up the water, collect excess in a bucket/bowl and use for cleaning. -Make sure you put a full load into the washing machine and dishwasher before starting a wash cycle. For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided. Please note maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 2 children - no additional guests are allowed. Please be considerate towards your neighbours so we kindly ask you to please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10pm-7am.

The interiors are urban cool and designed to have our guests relax, work or entertain in equal measure. The apartment building has 24 hour security, access through the front lobby on Loop Street or Via the private parking garage on Buitten Street affording you direct lift access to the flat. We only rent the space as an entire home so its pretty much access all areas! We can offer concierge services at an additional cost, anything from having your breakfast made for you, to a daily turn down/bed making and cleaning service, a cocktail barman to serve you and your guests drinks or a driver/host to recommend and take you to some of the finest wineries, restaurants and tourist attractions. We as hosts are also on hand to give you some pointers in terms of our favorite restaurants, wine farms, markets, golf courses and general events and activity in and around Cape Town. Experience the neighbourhood from right outside the door, with the Bree Street buzz of bars, restaurants, bakeries, design studios and fashion outlets. Something interesting is always going on at any time — there's even a monthly street carnival. Heart of the city, use Uber, hail a cab, or use the My City Bus to get around. Cape Town is also a relatively easy city to drive in and car hire is cheep. There is much said about safety in Africa. I would say this, CT city Centre is like no other city in Africa, it is very clean and very safe. My wife is Spanish I am English and we have made Cape Town our home for these past 10 years, we can safely say that so long as you excersize the same common sense and caution that you would when visiting a City anywhere in the world you will have a very safe and very fun time in the Mother City.

This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored. There is ample and secure parking on our property for the vehicle you bring along for your stay. I am usually here and am very happy to help with advice at all times. This home is in a quiet residential area with beautiful houses and leafy streets. Close to the botanical gardens and near the city. Uber Available.Safe parking on the grounds of the property. No need for Air Conditioning units as the mountain air in the mornings and evenings will be cool and crisp all year long. There is a ceiling fan, if you need additional cooling. The apartment is spacious , homely, stylish and well positioned with sea and mountain views . Great balcony for sipping sundowners Guest have their own access and have exclusive use to the garden and pool . Guests are welcomed by me or one of the staff . ... they have as much or as little interaction as suits . We like to make the quests feel as comfortable as possible . An e-mail is sent to the guest prior to their arrival , with my and staff contact numbers , other useful information ...... local groceries stores , restaurant and tour suggestions . The apartment is conveniently located in a suburban residential area of Camps Bay. This hillside neighborhood is quiet and has access to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. Car and taxi are good or quickest . Bus ( my citi bus ) stop is 500 meters away , every 20 minutes . The apartment is cleaned daily , except for Sundays and public holidays , however requests for either can be arranged .
