Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio is as close to the promenade as you can get, and in a safe secure building. Set your sights on Lions Head and the ocean. It's sunny and bright with plenty of windows. Close to great restaurants, cafes and beaches in SeaPoint. It is an unbeatable location. Popular with remote workers, as the internet is stable and fast. Very convenient to walk to many venues outside. Peaceful and relaxing when you want to come home and rest.
