We had the most incredible time at this beautiful Airbnb in 30A! We came down to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary, and before the trip, we found out we were expecting—so it became a surprise babymoon too! This place was great for such a special moment in our lives. The home was neat and comfortable. The location is amazing—private beach access, restaurants, and charming little spots to explore, but still quiet enough to really relax and soak in the moment. Our hosts thought of everything. From cozy touches to thoughtful amenities, it felt like they truly cared about making our stay special. We’ll always remember this trip as a turning point in our story, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated it here. We recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. We can't wait to come back—next time with our little one!

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

It was a super cute and clean room! It was central to everything and it was nice to have access to both a beach and pool. We loved staying there!

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. We had a great stay at April's condo. Loved the views and how easy it was to get to the beach. The reserved chairs and umbrella were awesome! Would love to come back!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The location is amazing, central to a lot of things on 30A and right on the beach. The view is incredible, both on the patio as well as the huge window in the master. The home itself is incredibly clean and well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Dora was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay as a family of 4 and cannot wait to come back!

Highly recommend! We brought our almost 2 year old toddler and in laws and had a wonderful time! House is fully stocked with everything you need. Private beach is a PLUS! We found a spot on the beach every day and it wasn’t too crowded. Walkable restaurants and bakeries. Liked that it was close but further away from all the business of seaside area. Great location for families!

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again! Kemp is a great host, very helpful and ALWAYS responds quickly. Beautiful place with lots of room. Very clean and the view is amazing of the beach and ocean! Walkable to lots of shopping at adorable boutique stores and restaurants.

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

This location on The Gulf of Mexico is one of the best locations I’ve found, and I’ve been to many. The steps may look daunting, but they are easily manageable-and I’m 82 years old. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is also great! All in all, we could not have asked for anything more-unless we had gotten it at half price!!!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Tracy is an amazing and responsive host. We had an amazing week at her place and could not recommend it more. It’s west of Pier Park so the beach isn’t as crowded and some areas east of Pier Park. The chair service and all the extras in their storage closet made the stay so much easier and enjoyable. The condo was clean and the bed super comfortable. We had an amazing stay and can say you won’t find a better place to enjoy the beach than as a guest of Tracy’s at her Happy Place! Thank you for letting us stay and the memories we made.
