Holiday rentals with a patio in Seaford

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

This accommodation is a gem! It’s incredibly cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home. Host Janette is outstanding—friendly, quick to respond, and always supportive. The place is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the sea view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Lee’s place was fantastic for overnight stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to the city, restaurants, bars, theatre district. Parking on site was very convenient. Small car recommended. I would not hesitate to stay at Lee’s place again.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The place had beautiful furnishings, was spotless and actually even better than the photos. We especially loved spending evenings around the fire pit and had a blast with the table tennis table. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s beautiful home. Can’t thank him enough he is very responsive and clear with instructions to get inside. Once you are inside it’s absolutely magical. Views are incredible and the house is just so perfect. Can not recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back again one day. 5 stars

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city.
