Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Seagrove Beach

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful first 30A stay, first time with our two corgis too. The property was absolutely stunning, great layout, we stayed upstairs in a bedroom next to the kids room where our 4year old slept - he had the best time playing pirates on the bunk bed. The downstairs master was also clean and very peaceful, the closet had dog crates ready for use, so we kept our doggies there during our outings and nights. It was such a calming space they settled right in. The property is on the end of a road, a kind of a cul de sac, so I found it more private with having another house only on one side. The community pool is less than 50ft away, and the new looking golf cart takes you to the opposite end of the community where you find your private beach access. Stunning views from the beach staircase!! We rented bikes and had brunches at nearby restaurants, Rosemary beach is such a picturesque place with great dinner options, Big Chill a cool hangout. We will be back next year!!

We had a great stay in 30A. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with public access just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing visit. The home was well stocked with essentials like towels, a full propane tank, and working appliances. The golf cart was filled with gas and runs up to 25 MPH. The bikes looked good and were appreciated. Beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and the provided amenities were thoughtful. A few small things to keep in mind. The spiral stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky to navigate, so we had to watch our footing. Some of the doorknobs were stiff, possibly from rust. Water in the bathrooms drained slowly at times. If you are bringing pets, note that the grass has some thorns. Overall, a solid place to stay with a great location. We will definitely book with 30A beach girls again!

Great place for family ! We had a blast ! Kids wanted to stay in the pool than go to the beach ! Super peaceful and great attention we will defiantly book again !

Ryan's home was perfect for our double family trip away from home. Private, family-friendly, walking distance to the beach, pool, restaurants, shops, clean and well-stocked with everything you'd need for a getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book again!

We had the absolute best time at 30A Turtle Time!! Jason and Katie made us feel right at home! The house was in the perfect location, close to restaurants and the beach! They also had the best recommendations that were kid friendly. Our family cannot wait to come back! You should go, you won’t regret it!

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped home tucked away on a quiet street. Easy access to beach via golf cart. Great home for two families with two primary suites and a great bunk room for kids. Across the street from sweet neighborhood park.

The townhouse was perfect for our stay, exactly as pictured. Sandra and team were very quick to respond from booking and throughout our stay. The community was quiet, pool was great and usually things to do in the evening at the nearby Big Chill. While the beach access wasn’t walkable, there were great public beach access points nearby like Santa Clara Beach. Being between Rosemary Beach and Seaside was nice as there were restaurant and shopping options either direction. We would definitely stay here again!

We love the Hygge House! The location is second to none just two blocks from the public beach access, an easy walk to Seaside, and a half mile from Publix. The pool and backyard were great, and the house itself was wonderful on a quiet, tree-lined street. David's communication was fantastic before, during, and after our trip. Highly recommended!

The description of this house is perfect- lots of old beach charm with phenomenal location. It was so refreshing to stay somewhere with loads of character and fuss-free beauty. We booked this home for a last-minute getaway less than 24 hrs before our arrival. The host was quick to respond and 100% helpful the whole time. The house met all of our main criteria- walking distance to the beach (less than 5 minutes down a straight road), a private pool (small, but big enough for my three kids to have a blast), dog friendly, and big enough for our family to spread out easily. We were only a party of 5, but this house had plenty of room for more people- there were two sections of the house that we left untouched. It’s important to note that there are three sections to this house, each with their own private entrance and keypad. We will definitely stay here again.

This trip was an incredible experience for the whole family. The home was beautiful, safe, clean, and exactly as described. Peter was a great host; very responsive and quick to relay relevant information during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this host and the home in Santa Rosa Beach.

The location is phenomenal. You are 15-minutes to the Rosemary Beach shops & 15-minutes to the Santa Rosa/Seaside shops, all the while having multiple beach access points. The Big Chill being right across the street was awesome as there was always something going on there. The golf cart was an absolute gem for getting around and accessing places. The place itself was very clean & as pictured. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

Our multi-generational family stay at JUST DARLIN' was such a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. It was so bright, and open, and we all felt right at home. All the little touches were perfect. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, and throw blankets to use in the living room. We also really appreciated the night lights in the evening. My daughter loved ''her room" w/the vanity. My parents took the downstairs master and loved stepping into the back patio for their tea and toast each morning. My husband and I enjoyed having the upstairs room to ourselves for quiet naps in the afternoon. We loved going to the pool a few houses up the hill everyday and the Ice Cream Shoppe around the corner was a delight. Julie was responsive and helpful and we can't wait to return! :)

This home was the perfect getaway for my family’s beach trip! We loved that it was right off 30A and close to the beach. There were great restaurants nearby as well. Ali provided great communication and was very helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

We had a great weekend at Yana’s! The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and clean. The beds are wonderful and the bedding and towels are very nice. The view of the lake is amazing and the area is peaceful. We were able to get to either PCB or 30A area within minutes. We enjoyed the privacy and being away from the main PCB traffic but still having restaurant and beach options. Great stay!

Had the most wonderful vacation! It was just My husband, my 10 month old, my small dog and me. We had plenty of room for our baby to crawl and play. My dog loved the fenced backyard. There were no low shelves with excess decor or any sharp corners for babies or young children to hurt themselves with or on. There is a tub for baths. The porch door to the pool requires you to press a button before opening or a loud alarm goes off. There was just enough decor and furniture to feel homey and not cluttered and small. There is every single thing you could possibly need in a kitchen (excluding groceries and perishables, obviously). Washer and dryer were large and very easy to use. We had a minor issue with the pool heater while we were there, it was fixed promptly and we were refunded for the day it took to correct the problem without asking! The host communication was wonderful. Leaving our vacation feeling refreshed and having ZERO complaints. Will be booking again in the future.

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

Our stay was amazing!!! The place was beautiful and in a great location. Britani was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend!!

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

Rachel was a fantastic host - very friendly and reached out with thoughtful recommendations ahead of our trip. The townhouse was as-advertised, clean, and access to the beach could not have been easier. The private beach was uncrowded. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as close proximity to other beaches. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Kathy was always quick to respond to questions and gave such good instructions that we didn't have to contact her at all during our stay. 10 out of 10 recommend! We love it there!

My boys and I visited for a family vacation. This property was perfect!! It was clean, very well organized and close enough to different beaches in the area. This property was very well stocked with the necessities and even some great snacks for my boys. I wish we had a fur baby because they even had essentials if you want to bring a pet. Gaby was an absolute delightful host! Very responsive and made us feel like family.. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking with Gaby in the future. 💛
