Cottage holiday rentals in Seaside

The place is so close to the coast line and the boardwalk can’t get any closer than a 7 store resort. Well there was a couple of tall resorts right in the way to see the ocean but so much easier to walk out to the promenade and shops. Brittany made sure a hot tub specialist came to clean the dirty tub during our stay. Thanks for letting us stay so close to the coast line.

This is what a beach cottage should be! Easy walk to the beach that was not crowded at all, but it was early and cool. We spent a lot of time in the house and thoroughly enjoyed it! A very well appointed kitchen and would be a great place for a family. The bedrooms are good sized and the king bed upstairs is very comfortable…didn’t try the others. Nice fenced backyard for the dog, wish I could have tried the hot tub. A nice little town that is less touristy than most others yet still things to do. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house with lots of amenities. Close to the beach in a very quiet part of Manzanita. Peaceful area with birdsong and ocean waves crashing in the backgroud. Great peek a boo view of the water from the deck and back bedroom. bunk room very quiet barn door room a bit louder as door opens unless latched and its off the main hallway. We loved the pillows and comfy beds. Hot tub was nice too- lots of stars if the night is clear. Outdoor shower was a dream. We played corn hole and had a good time. Bring corn hole in each night as there is serious dew. Also good to move cushions off deck to avoid wetness caused by dew. Grill takes a bit to warm up . Watch out for resident cute crow that is good at stealing food right off the grill! A great stay!

Comfortable little place

Perfect place to stay on the beach, clean and every amenity you could want. Would definitely stay again.

The house was absolutely lovely! Clean and had everything we needed. The street traffic is a little noisy throughout the night and there isn’t an ocean view. But it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can still hear the waves from the house. The host is also fantastic! She made sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!

Nathaniel and Nadja were such responsive, thoughtful hosts! Reminded me of what Airbnb was in the beginning-- someone's genuine home that is cared for and has everything you might need. They were welcoming and accommodating and the cottage was just so cozy and perfect. Highly recommend!

Excellent location!! Clean and comfortable. The main level is like a studio apartment with a GIANT tub in it (not separated from the bed area). Pretty hilarious! We didn’t try it out but could have slept in there if we needed to.

Very comfortable place to stay. Perfect for our family of 5 and dogs. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Our granddaughter Loved the Pac-Man game and all the toys. Short walk to the beach and an easy place to have your dogs.

This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

This place was just right for 4 adults and 1 child. Not huge but cozy and cute with everything we needed. The close proximity to the beach was amazing! We had a great time! The host brought us condiments and gave us local restaurant and activity recommendations which was very nice.

Really nice place to stay at that allowed us to bring 2 dogs. We had great sleep, easy times cooking and enjoying the favorite shows on the evening. The Oceanside beach was only a minute drive,and we loved nearby market that features vegetarian samosas. The house has an inviting space in the front surrounded by flowers - that was our favorite spot for morning tea.

This is the first time I have stayed at this particular Downtown Cottage from Cindy but the quality was just as good as the other property I have stayed at. Nice private cottage walking distance to all of downtown Astoria. We felt right at home and enjoyed the space greatly. Would definitely recommend any time you are in Astoria looking for a place to stay.

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for the fantastic experience my wife and I had during our recent stay at this beautiful cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and coziness of the space. The cottage is not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-organized and impeccably clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail truly shines through in every aspect of the property. I also want to commend Janel for being an exceptional host. Her responsiveness and helpfulness from the booking process until our departure did not go unnoticed. The recommendations she provided on local activities and places to visit added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The ease of access to the cottage and the self check-in process further streamlined our experience, allowing us to settle in quickly and make the most of our time there.

We really enjoyed Charles & Paula’s home. The house was cozy, easy to park in, accessible to walk to Seaside beach. The dog’s enjoyed the home and loved the double deck concept for house. My mom enjoyed the kitchen amenities and having everything to use in kitchen or grill. The only thing we found distracting was the grill was dirty from previous guest. We did contact the host and apologized for that issue. My parents felt the bedroom upstairs was hot at night. I believe a room ac or fans would help cool down the room upstairs. Overall, I loved the home and enjoyed our stay. We would not mind returning back again. Thank you Charles & Paula!

It was a cute little house, centralized perfectly from beach and shops

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

A lovely home away from home in Cape Meares. Excellent location close to path down to the beach. Cottage is thoughtfully furnished and generously supplied. Easy and friendly communications with Lucy. Wonderful kitchen with many windows - well supplied for cooking and serving meals. The ground floor living area has plenty of seating. We enjoyed using the fireplace one evening. Good sized full bathroom downstairs beside the principal downstairs bedroom. The large upstairs bedroom with half bathroom en suite has an amazing view of the ocean and includes a lovely seating area. We hope to return!

We loved Stanley's cozy coastal cottage. It was right next to the main street of Manzanita. Super convenient to run to the store for anything we needed, or to a cute restaurant or wine bar. Conveniently located near beach access so we were able to see the ocean throughout the day. The beds were extremely comfy and we loved having a cozy fireplace and open living room/kitchen to hang out in. We will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd time here. We always feel right at home. The hospitality is most generous and we are always sad when our trip is over. What an amazing place to create family memories. We are already looking forward to our 4th stay. Thank you Julia and Jack!

The place was very homey and looked very much like the photos. The place was clean and well lit. If you walk a little bit (5 minutes) you’ll have access to the beach and it’s very pretty!

The hous is so clean, very cozy, easy to find and the host is super nice. If you are looking for a place to watch the beautiful sunset by the beach, this is it!!. Only few minutes walk to the beach. I will be happy to recommend this place to my friends and families.

Jennifer & Mike were so pleasant - warm welcome- very helpful to tired travelers. Their place is a quaintly, skillfully remodeled vintage motel. We loved it & highly recommend!

We loved our three week stay on the Pacific Ocean. Watching the tides each day was a joy for us. At low tide the beach is very walkable. The tide pools are easy to reach and we saw lots of purple starfish. This is a homey space with one queen bed and the second bedroom is built in bunk beds. We so enjoyed our stay there.
