Minutes from downtown Sechelt, beaches and parks the year round mild climate offers a all-season recreation destination for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing, marine tours, air tours, swimming, fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing The Sunshine coast is easily accessed by ferry (Horseshoe bay to Langdale) or air (Harbour Air) to the jewel of BC.

Enjoy the views of the Inlet at any time from your private wrap around patio and almost every north facing window in the home. The home has two self contained suites. Don, one of the hosts lives in the basement suite.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
