Holiday rentals with a patio in Secunderabad

Our stay at Shruthi's place was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the space and the area. Pros: 1. The place is exactly like the photos. 2. A very nice society and clean and peaceful surrounding 3. Shruthi was very accomodating . so a great host Few things that I'd like to point out. And a great host that Shruthi is she would be more than willing to take the feedback in a very positive manner. 1. Although there are plenty of tea bags available. they are all of green tea. please provide for regular ones as well. 2. Please ensure sufficient drinking water. Having said above, we would love to stay at her place any time visiting Hyderabad. Thanks Shruthi for being such a great host and making our stay very pleasant

Wonderful stay for group of friends. Had a great get together with friends after a long time

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

Overall, its an incredible stay and felt at home. Beat the summer with pleasant stay and enjoy the city.

Great place the stay. Clean, extremely spacious. Clean towels, sheets, we equipped kitchen, security. Location is good too, with good restaurants around. We had a great time staying at this place. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come to Hyderabad.

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The highlight was definitely the outdoor sitting area. Spacious and beautifully set up. The space felt private and peaceful. The interior was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Would absolutely stay here again!

Booked the apartment for a week for my family. It was well furnished, hygiene and very homely and spacious. Will surely book the place again while visiting next time. Our host Sriven was very helpful.

Good place to live and party

1. The stay at Villa No. 94, Saket Bhusattva was really nice. 2. The place is very spacious and can accommodate upto 10 persons very comfortably. 3. There is a working kitchen available and daily needs are available close-by and which can also be delivered at doorsteps. The place is also served by quick delivery platforms. 4. We didn't explore any restaurants around, hence no comments can be offered. 5. While cabs are easily available when travelling from either Airport or Railway Station to the accommodation, during return journey the wait time could be longer, please cater for that eventuality. 6. Overall it has been an excellent stay and Rohit has been very helpful in addressing additional requirements for the stay if any.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and check-in was a breeze. My host Mr. Prem and his wife were responsive, kind, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

A great place to stay if you want to be centrally located between Ramoji Film City, the airport, and the city. Snehal is very responsive, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. Perfect for families and ideal for groups of 8–10 people. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Nice and homely stay..

We stayed here with family of 5 and we felt being at home. All the amenities are available. Glad that we could find such a good host and a great home to stay. Would definitely recommend for families.

The place is cozy and elegant. The vibe in the evening is awesome. Perfect place for a couple or friends. The property is located in the prime area of Madhapur. As per the directions of Venkat ji, we have easily reached the apartment. The place is worth for money.

It’s best experience for my family. Spacious and clean property with prompt support from host and property manager. In house staff available for support. Location is fairly close to US consulate. Only drawback is maps navigation , most of the ride share apps navigates to near by apartment and need through phone direction to them. It’s bit annoying however still not a big deal. Overall stay was good , I recommend and repeat my stay.

Truly One of a kind. The place was spic and span as shown in the pictures. Actually felt quite at home while at their place. Haven't come across a place with a homely feel yet so luxurious in Hyderabad. Would recommend and come back

The place is clean and quiet, away from traffic noise but still close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were easy to talk to and replied quickly.

The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, perfect for a group getaway. Everything was just as described, if not better. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We especially loved the balcony & cozy living room. Sohail was incredibly accommodating and allowed us an early check-in on short notice, which we truly appreciated. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The stay at his place was wonderful, comfortable, and ideally located with easy access to all the major attractions in Old Hyderabad. The charm of the old city is just around the corner! For getting around, I’d highly recommend booking auto-rickshaws instead of using a rental or personal car. The area tends to be quite crowded, and the narrow roads can make driving and parking a challenge. Autos are a much more convenient and stress-free option. Overall, a great stay with a thoughtful host in a vibrant part of the city!
