During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Familienurlaube, Gruppenausflüge und Bergbegeisterte. Ob im Winter auf die Skipiste, auf die Rodelbahn, oder zum Langlaufen, als auch im Sommer zum Biken, Wandern oder Spazieren durch wunderschöne Waldwege. Auf die Anfrage zur Nutzung einer Kindertrage in den Bergen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher (pro Person 1 großes und 1 mittleres Handtuch) sind vorhanden. Für die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine stehen einige Kapseln bereit.

In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Experience the charm of rural Tyrol and unwind in this peaceful, detached cabin with a garden terrace and all the comforts you need for a cozy stay. Lovingly renovated in 2024 with wooden floors and ceilings, and custom-made Swiss pine (Zirbenholz) beds that offer both authentic character and a touch of luxury. Enjoy the view from the terrace until the last rays of sunshine, then light a fire, curl up on the sofa, and relax with a movie on Netflix.

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

Haus Wildbach #3 (67 sqm, private balcony)

Nestled in the tranquil Seegatterl district, our recently renovated "Haus Wildbach" offers a peaceful escape directly by a stream and the scenic Alpine road. You'll find yourself immersed in nature, away from the village's hustle and bustle, yet perfectly positioned for adventure. Cross-country ski trails, cycling routes, hiking paths, and the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm all start right at your doorstep.

Our newly built holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, featuring a separate entrance and accommodating as many as 6 people.
