Holiday rentals with beach access in Seferihisar

A beautiful apartment in a stunning location with incredibly friendly and informative hosts.

The house was sparkling clean. All the items were sufficient.

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

We had a magical accommodation experience! It's not just our home, but our soul that we've rested here... The house was not only comfortable, but also seemed to be built with peace. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, immaculate and presented in the best form of hospitality. The location was great; the surrounding nature, silence and energy really did us a lot of good. The host was literally kind, caring and reassuring. He was always available and helpful; we felt very special. ✨ This is not just an accommodation, it was an inner pause, a divine breath. Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We had a pleasant day, it was very clean. Having a barbecue was a big plus. The only downside was that we couldn't use the pool, I guess it was because it wasn't summer yet. Apart from that, everything was fine, we thank them very much.

Ms. Eylem and her family were very kind people. They tried to help as best as they could. The house was more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, in our opinion. We didn't prefer the sea because it wasn't suitable for us, but the sea was quite close to the house. The pool was clean, we usually spent time there. It was very nice and enjoyable to have the opportunity to barbecue. Thank you for your hospitality.

We booked it for a weekend holiday with 6 friends, we were very pleased, the cleanliness of the house is felt as soon as you enter the house, we felt at home, the kitchen utensils, stove, washing machine made it easy for us. Ms. Gülsüm's communication was also great, she quickly responded to any questions we had. Thank you for everything:))

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

We went as four girlfriends and the hosts were very helpful. They are great at communication and very helpful people. We also loved the house we stayed in, especially it was very enjoyable to sit on the terrace. The house is close to the sea. The sea is not clean and crowded, it was a really nice sea.

From the beginning to the end of the process, Ms. Pırıl helped us a lot. The house was far above our expectations. Since it was a house, we didn't need a lot of things that could be missing. We were very happy that it was clean, in a perfect location, both in the castle and 2 minutes from the beach. We stayed as 4 adults and 1 child, and we were very comfortable. A house, which is in a very central location, met all our needs. They were very interested in us at the restaurant within the house. We especially thank them very much. I think the price is enough for home quality. Thank you for the facilities of Orkun and the family.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

It was peaceful, Clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
