Our house is in a quiet neighborhood with a garden and is 7-8 minutes' walking distance to the sea. Our sea is clean, sandy and free. For those who wish, there are many beaches that offer various facilities to their customers for a fee, just a short walk away. Our surroundings will also be visited and seen daily (Ephesus Ancient K., Şirince, Çeşme, Alaçatı, Urla, Kemeraltı) There are courses on the beach in front of our house, where you can take Surfing, Diving, Sailing trainings for those who love these sports.

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

It is the second floor of a 2-story summer house with a view of Sigacik Marina, on the street, close to Sigacik beaches and shopping places. Fully furnished. 1 double, 2x single bed available. An additional 1 single bed can be provided. Points to note; Pets are not allowed. Booking is required for a minimum of 3 nights. Since it is in a quiet location, it is necessary to listen to loud music and no excessive noise. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
