Our house is in a quiet neighborhood with a garden and is 7-8 minutes' walking distance to the sea. Our sea is clean, sandy and free. For those who wish, there are many beaches that offer various facilities to their customers for a fee, just a short walk away. Our surroundings will also be visited and seen daily (Ephesus Ancient K., Şirince, Çeşme, Alaçatı, Urla, Kemeraltı) There are courses on the beach in front of our house, where you can take Surfing, Diving, Sailing trainings for those who love these sports.

The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach.
