In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
