The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

Thanks to this new stopover, you can come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny-Sous-Châtillon, and admire an exceptional panorama of the Marne Valley, during a walk

Our cottage is an old 19th century barn. It consists of a single volume, with a mezzanine bedroom. Its decor seems a nod to the surrounding castles. We are located between Montrichard and Saint-Aignan , and you are about ten miles from Chenonceaux Castle and Beauval Zoo. (We do not provide bedding. Thank you for your understanding)
