The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Les Longuives

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

In the heart of the Loire Valley, you are within walking distance of visiting the castles of Amboise, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Clos Lucé... The Côteau is also famous for its wines, which you can taste directly from local producers. The nearby Loire awaits you for a bike ride unless you prefer to enjoy the garden or the pool (4 m x 10 m) heated to 29°
