Holiday rentals with lake access in Selwyn

Everything was great. The home was clean, beds really comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice backyard, room for all of our 3 cars and very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a very nice stay there and would recommend to anyone to reserve this home.

Tracey & Rodney were great hosts only matched by their charming home and surroundings! I would rate 6 stars if I could - highly recommended. Useful details for others: - Plenty of free street parking - Well stocked grocery across the street - West facing water and sunset view - Minimal street noise - Fast, reliable internet

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Was a wonderful, peaceful place to be. Beautiful waterfront views and a well kept home and property. Rishi was extremely responsive to our questions! Very organized and detailed instructions made it really easy to access everything needed for our small vacation!

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

This was our fourth visit!! We have now stayed in all four rooms and we were in the King’s Den this time!! It felt like coming home as we were greeted with a hug from Taurean and Robert. We had a peaceful three night stay where we spent our time relaxing on the dock, in the hot tub and paddling the river in the paddle boat. Looking forward to our next visit. Glad to have found this little gem!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Simona’s place! The property was beautiful with serene lake access, and the two decks made our evening hangouts especially comfortable and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stress-free and relaxing stay. Simona was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make our visit comfortable, especially with our infant. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made a difference. After 3 days in Toronto, Tunde's accommodation is a haven of peace. Very well maintained accommodation and what a view🤩. Good place to go for 1 day to Algonquin Park (80 km east entrance of the park). Visit the Egen Falls (a short walk not far from Bancroft). shop in Bancroft for groceries. Everything was perfect and Tunde responds quickly to our questions. i recommend this listing.

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

I appreciate clean, safe, and spacious. This place was exactly that and more — phenomenal hosts, well-appointed kitchenette, plus coffee and treats. Bed was comfy and basement was a nice cool temp (but there’s a space heater if needed). Definitely recommend.

The host was very responsive and answers all our questions well. The self-checkin instruction was very clear. We also had an early check-in at 12 PM, which was very convenient for our trip. The place has a great view and very stylish furnitures. We enjoyed the dock and sitting near the campfire.

PJ was a great host. We really enjoyed our time, and the fishing in the area. Great spot for a good weekends away from home. The only two issues we ran into during our stay was the kitchen tap had very little water pressure, making washing dishes a little difficult. We also ran out of propane and realized the second tank, was also empty. We did go out and purchase one to use but took it home with us. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed the place.

We loved staying at the Hello Sunshine cottage! The place was clean, comfortable, and immediately felt like our own little home away from home. The place feels private, the view is stunning, and it was a breath of fresh air to unplug from technology during our stay. The sunroom was perfect for completing puzzles during the day and the backyard was well equipped to enjoy a peaceful fire at night. Alanna was a great host and was very quick to communicate with us whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying at Hello Sunshine, and will definitely be booking again!

It was great to be back again. The place was wonderful again and we truly appreciate all that Tim & Cindy do to keep the place up and looking nice. We also noticed that there was a new wood stove which was a lot nicer for keeping the place warm at night as we had a couple of chilly nights, so thank you for that upgrade. we really enjoy the place and the location in proximity to the lake. Fantastic stay! Clean, beautiful views, hot tub was amazing and fishing off the dock was pretty good. NOTE: Proximity to road was a bit of a thing for the sound. That being said it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you again!

It's a beautiful cottage and such a lovely spot right on the water! We appreciated all the little touches and everything was so well equipped. The beds were so comfortable! We booked this cottage because my son read that it was a good fishing spot and it did not disappoint! We would most definitely come back!
