Holiday rentals with lake access in Selwyn

Very cute little spot for a girls trip ! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants/cafes/ bars. Very clear instructions for the stay 😊

Everything was great. The home was clean, beds really comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice backyard, room for all of our 3 cars and very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a very nice stay there and would recommend to anyone to reserve this home.

Tracey & Rodney were great hosts only matched by their charming home and surroundings! I would rate 6 stars if I could - highly recommended. Useful details for others: - Plenty of free street parking - Well stocked grocery across the street - West facing water and sunset view - Minimal street noise - Fast, reliable internet

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

James' Lakehouse was the perfect getaway. Incredibly clean, comfortable, quiet and a gorgeous location with easy access to all PEC has to offer.. The hottub with the view of the lake was the cherry on top. We'll definitely be back!

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Simona’s place! The property was beautiful with serene lake access, and the two decks made our evening hangouts especially comfortable and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stress-free and relaxing stay. Simona was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make our visit comfortable, especially with our infant. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made a difference. After 3 days in Toronto, Tunde's accommodation is a haven of peace. Very well maintained accommodation and what a view🤩. Good place to go for 1 day to Algonquin Park (80 km east entrance of the park). Visit the Egen Falls (a short walk not far from Bancroft). shop in Bancroft for groceries. Everything was perfect and Tunde responds quickly to our questions. i recommend this listing.

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

A great find in a quiet neighborhood close by to the shore and Whitby GO. Danny and Annette were friendly and responsive hosts, who made it possible for us to settle in to their space and feel at home. The apartment was clean and cozy, and we loved having access to the private sauna in our suite!

The place is beautiful! Even better than the pictures. The hot tub was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous. Lots of privacy for a quiet getaway. The place is very clean and Jess is a great host. She’s very friendly and responsive and also gives you privacy which we really appreciated. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the host has even thought about the small things! We loved this place and I would definitely recommend it!! We would love to visit again! :)

Not only was the cottage & property absolutely breathtaking, Kimberly was great at responding to any questions I had leading up to our trip and gave us a great tip on navigating the drive up. She also provided a variety of basic condiments, spices, all the bath towels, and kitchen utensils you would need so we were really able to feel comfortable and make this place feel like home away from home for the weekend. They also provided clear, fool-proof instructions on starting up the sauna and indoor fireplace. Would 100% recommend to others & book again for myself! Thank you Kimberly!

It was great to be back again. The place was wonderful again and we truly appreciate all that Tim & Cindy do to keep the place up and looking nice. We also noticed that there was a new wood stove which was a lot nicer for keeping the place warm at night as we had a couple of chilly nights, so thank you for that upgrade. we really enjoy the place and the location in proximity to the lake. The cottage was lovely— exactly like photos ! It was clean, modern, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming (love the little care package). Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate even in June, and the neighbours were quite strict about noise on the dock, even early afternoon, which was a bit unexpected. Despite that, we had an amazing time , great memories and laughs would highly recommend for a quiet cozy getaway.

Jessica was wonderful, and her place is absolutely charming—cozy, cute, and beautifully surrounded by nature. Grateful for the experience and would happily book again!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Cassidy was very communicative and the amenities were top notch - we enjoyed the lakefront view, kayak, sauna and hot tub. Fresh towels and laundry within the cottage made everything super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Loved this quaint little cottage right on the lake. The view from the desk made working a pleasure, and mornings spent outside with a coffee watching the birds were a highlight. Super cozy and well-equipped, with everything you need. The size is perfect for a couple or small family. Great location near Lakefield—peaceful and scenic.
