The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

My family and me recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy and warm house, and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect spot for our family trip to Florida. The house was exactly as described - cozy, clean and incredible welcoming. From the moment we walked in, felt right at home. The interior was thoughtfully decorated with charming, rustic touches and soft lighting that created an inviting atmosphere. This Airbnb had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, from a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, to spacious bedrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable with soft linens and plenty of blankets in case is needed. The living space was just the right size for us, to chill and relax. But what we loved the most was the patio – it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings after a day out. Santiago, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

This home was absolutely perfect for a family or like we did a friend gathering. Everyone knows as adults it’s very hard to coordinate meetups and this home made it such a special time that we actually stayed in it more than leaving! Was stocked with everything possibly needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful so we stayed out there more than not. The neighborhood was close to everything you might need. Grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping. 18 minutes away from downtown orlando, and about 30 minutes away from everything else! ubers were all under $30 going anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Katie’s place; it felt like home away from home. She’s very kind and quick to respond to any questions you may have. However, the questions are few because she thought of almost everything you will need. The home is clean and beautiful and looks just like the photos. Any time we are visiting family again, without a doubt, Katie’s place will be our only choice if it’s available. She also allowed us to check-in early. Thanks again Katie!!!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Rachels place was cute and cozy. They had everything you need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The bedrooms didn't have closets but their was a place to hang your clothes that worked out great. There was room in the living room for 4 people to watch TV and a kitchen table for 4 people. There was a large fridge and little thoughtful snacks and a guide book was left for us and you can also access the guide book online. The air-conditioning was great and kept the entire house cool. The yard is very peaceful to sit near the fire table and having 2 small dogs the fenced in area worked great. The parking was easy and a camera was placed to keep an eye on vehicles parked there. The house was very easy to access with the code. Rachel also was wonderful with her communication. This house would be perfect for either a couple like us, 2 couples or a couple with a kid. Not far from downtown Sanford either. I would definitely recommend Rachel's place if you need to stay in Sanford.

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

Roy's place was so cute, and the perfect place to stay the night. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also left us a bottle of wine which was the perfect touch. I only wish I could've stayed longer and explored more of Sanford. It's such a cute and friendly town and the nightlife was fun too!

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days while visiting my sister. Restaurants, post office, pharmacy, all within walking distance, and a nice view of the lake from the living room. The riverwalk is an excellent place for a jog or dog walk. Especially loved the coffee Michelle stashed in the kitchen and appreciated there was extra attention paid to the cleanliness of the kitchen and coffee pot (I have a thing about them being even a little dusty). The fenced in back yard was nice to spend time in and great for traveling with a dog. Looking forward to staying again soon!

This is a lovely little apartment, attached to the owner's home, directly across from a beautiful lake. When we pulled up in the driveway, just as my wife stepped out of the car, she heard a woodpecker and not 20 feet away was the biggest, prettiest Pileated woodpecker we've ever seen. I quickly got a few good photos. The next morning, we saw this bird again, plus a very pretty Red-bellied woodpecker and got great shots of both. We were visiting our grandchildren who had just arrived in the States from Lithuania, and this was a convenient, perfect location just two miles from their other grandparents. Three nights here; would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

This was our second time booking with Larissa and Rosely. We absolutely love the property, the home away from home feeling, the location - in between all the parks and conveniently right around the corner from Epic universe. The pools are brand new and awesome! Super relaxing when you need a break from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Great restaurants close by (we love Beth’s burgers), right behind a Publix and super close to the highway. Their property offers the perfect balance for parks days and relaxation! The condo we booked offered 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful and spacious kitchen and living area and a huge, peaceful patio to enjoy those summer thunderstorms! Absolutely our favorite place to unwind :) This is the only place we’ll stay when in town!!

It was a beautiful place to stay for my weeklong trip to Florida. It is very convenient to things in the area, with my many great restaurants and attractions within short distance. It had everything we needed, and was set up for a perfect vacation. Host was also amazing leaving many recommendations and ideas for things to do as well.
