Private suite holiday rentals in Seminole County

Debra was lovely. Very responsive, asked how the comfort was and offered to pick anything up for me that I might need. The accommodation is comfortable, cozy, and quiet. This AirBnB worked out so perfectly for me because it’s just a few doors down from my friend who lives on the same street. But even if it wasn’t, this location is close to some great local coffee shops and restaurants, and it’s within about 20 minutes walking distance from downtown. Convenient, easy, and really well taken care of. Debra made sure my comfort was top priority! I will definitely be back when I can get to Orlando again.

My stay was an absolute dream! Conveniently located, beautiful neighborhood for walks, peaceful and private. Kevin was an incredible host. He was super accommodating to my crazy schedule and changes. He responded to every message almost immediately. The space is cozy and comfortable. Everything you could ever need is right in unit. Bed was super comfortable and I had everything I needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Perfect location. Great and clean place. Peaceful. Can walk to the beach. Cecilia was such a wonderful host! Super friendly and sweet. We will definitely be back!!

very nice place. safe neighborhood. Ozzie is definitely on top of his game with hosting guests. location is a bit far from main attractions etc but other than that, good value overall. i would recommend this place if you're ok with driving.

Host was very easy to communicate with. Accommodated an early check in with us. Space is small and attached to home but still felt private. Pool is a shared space which didn’t bother us at all. The only struggle we faced was opening and closing the gate to the entrance to get to the private suite. It was hard to lift and latch. Other than that everything else was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Close to the highway for travels. Enjoyed our stay thank you!

This Airbnb was extremely clean and easy to get to and access. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We loved that the area around us was not heavily congested and was within 30 minutes without tolls to everything we went to. Mostly.

Great place to stay! Walkable to breweries and restaurants. Great place to venture out to see Orlando.

Awesome little house close to UCF

Easy to find, clear parking, great for 1 person, or 2 people if you’re just looking for a little place. Treats like Coca-Cola and chocolate at welcome. Have everything you need if you forget a razor or tooth brush when packing!

Great place to stay for a quick vacay

Milton’s place is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We get really good rest every night. It is also in a very convenient spot, there are grocery store, gyms and gas stations very close by. He is very flexible with my schedule change and very responsive to my questions. We really enjoyed our stay at his place.

This stay was an absolute delight, and we look forward to hopefully staying again at some point in the future. The bed was extremely soft, and the charging station came in handy for our devices. It was a little hard to find the parking spot, as our first time in was in the dark, but the host was super helpful and came out to guide our was. 10/10, 100% recommended

I had a great stay at this studio! The space was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were all in good working order, and the location was very convenient for everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy spot to stay. Great communication and friendliness of host is 10’s across the board. The space was amazing and just what was needed for a quick getaway. The fireplace would make it 100x better in the winter to use, but it was a beautiful space. Would recommend 100/100 times.

Ernie and Jeff were immaculate hosts and now considered friends! The property was beautiful and well curated, but it was an environment to nurture and enrich the soul!! This will be an annual, if not bi-annual trip! Close to everything, great food and dining experiences all within 2-5 miles!! Ernie is a wealth of knowledge and is passionate to ensure his guests/new friends are cared for with the utmost of diligence.
