Right from the booking, Aren was very responsive and detailed. The check-in was a breeze due to the clear instructions + pictures provided beforehand. Will come back again next time :)

Very accommodating host, security was very professional and helpful. House was neat and tidy. The only criticism I can think of is the placement of the dangling lights at the dining table. It’s so low that we constantly get hit by it. Otherwise, everything was great!

Clara's place is exactly as described, clean and welcoming. Instructions given are clear and location is easy to find. Legoland is just right across the road, as is the mall where you can find food and grocer along with other activities for families and kids to enjoy. Clara is also courteous when responding to messages. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for a short Legoland visit.

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

The apartment is clean and has such an incredible view of the landed houses, esp at night. The highway can get noisy but you can easily close the sliding doors and it will keep the noise out. If you have 2 small families thinking of bunking in together – this place is perfect for you. The 2 bedrooms are large enough for 2 people and 1 or 2 kids. There is one single bedroom for an adult or a teenager. The living and dining room is spacious and can fit all of mentioned families for dinner. The apartment is entirely separate from neighbours, its the corner unit– near to the lift and to your allocated parking. You may not bump into any neighbours during your stay. Aeon and Lotus are right around the corner. If you were driving, you may need to get used to the carpark orientation and slopes are narrow so pls drive slowly. Carpark is well lit and quiet. The host connects with you right after booking with contact and check-in/out information. They are friendly and nice and helpful.

Overall, it was great experience. We liked the welcoming, comfy & clean vibe in the apartment. All necessary items were there for guests’ convenience. As a host you are a real superstar. We booked this place really last minute and we’re glad that Sylvia could accommodate. The communication was very clear with step by step guide on how to check in and get to the place. Once we reach the apartment, we were blown away by how cosy and clean the apartment was. it was really cosy that we felt just like home. Everything was clean and even though it was like a studio apartment, it had more than enough space for 4 pax. We had only 2 pax and the space felt really comfortable. Overall good experience, Sylvia is also very responsive and makes you feel safe and assured. If you’re driving, the location is accessible to a lot of places. If i had to list a cons, the only cons would be that the toilet window is at the corridor, however that is not an issue as you can always just close it. And the place is really safe and secure that residents would probably not bother. Do give this place a shot, i will highly recommend.

Sarah's & Yeow's place was clean, cozy and baby friendly; I had my 5 months old twin daughters at their place and it felt like home! All amenities provided was convenient. Thank you for the awesome stay and looking forward to staying at your place in the future 😀

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The location is very convenient too, within walking distance from CIQ, which made things easy for us. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Every question I had was answered promptly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were—especially when I requested a vacuum cleaner due to my kids having sensitive noses and skin. Not only did the host provide it quickly, but he also shared some helpful tips, as he’d gone through similar experiences himself. That kind of thoughtfulness meant a lot. The little touches made the stay even more comfortable: extra pillows, plenty of clean towels, fresh bedsheets, umbrellas, shampoo and toiletries, and even bottled mineral water—even though there was a water dispenser already available. It’s rare to find a host and team that genuinely care about your comfort. Will definitely come and stay again

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful clean stay within a private compound. Swimming pool was great. Eateries tho were tough to find. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was well-maintained, and felt very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy and convenient to cook meals during my stay. Everything I needed was available and in great condition. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful any questions I had were answered quickly, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear they care about their guests. i am a delighted customer Recommeded for big family 1. kelly was super responsive, friendly *lastmin booking on 31st morning for the same date, immediately msg & approve *fridge not function, she immediately call technician *we left behind things after check out, she still responded & guide us 2. pool in front of the unit - the best!!! 3. approx 20 towel provided 4. approx 10 futon provided 5. complete cooking utensils, shower, shampoo, washing powder,2 drying rack (big & small) 6. private area - not crowded w tourist 7. parking visitor next building..need to exercise a bit lah.. We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
