Grand Harbour Vista, Breathtaking Sea View

The Grand Harbour Vista is a bright and airy apartment that frames a breathtaking view, on Malta's capital Valletta and one of the most historically significant harbours in the Mediterranean. Located very centrally in Senglea (Isla), one of the “3 Cities”, this recently renovated 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with either queen sized or two single beds. There is also a fold-down sofa bed suitable for a teenager or agile adult making the entire apartment great for couples, families or groups of friends. Fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0638). Breathtaking day and night, you will find your accommodation has been thought out to the last detail, making your stay both comfortable and a great base from where to explore the entire island of Malta. If you don't believe us, just read the reviews. The Grand Harbour Vista was recently completely renovated, is 100m2, and designed with you the traveler in mind. We are experienced hosts and travelers so we have tried to think of anything that might be needed on a holiday, business trip or short-term stay. The Grand Harbour Vista has been designed to have a flexible sleeping arrangement. Both bedrooms can be equipped as queen sized or two single beds, making it great for couples, families or groups of friends. There is also a fold-down sofa bed which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 young children, allowing from 1 to 5 people to be completely comfortable. We are also extremely LGBTQ+ friendly, so no worries there. For any type of family we can also provide a cot and linens suitable for infants for €5 a night. Air conditioning in each room Ceiling fan in each room No need to bring electrical adapters, these have been integrated with USB connections throughout the apartment. We have decorated the apartment with pieces from local artists to try and share with you what inspires them. We can introduce you to these artists as well while you are here. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers, decorated with modern Maltese tiles, one of which also has a bathtub. Towels, hand towels and facecloths. Complimentary shampoo and soap. Hair dryers. Heated towel rails. Beach towels. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal. All of the necessary cookware and dining service. Television service that allows viewing of a wide variety of international channels and connections to view content from your own devices. And free WiFi of course! This apartment boasts 1 large balcony with full views of the Grand Harbour, Fort St. Angelo and Valletta where you can sit and have your breakfast or a glass of wine whilst watching the view. You will be greeted upon your arrival at the property to walk you through the apartment and the various amenities. We will give you an overview of things to do and discuss any requests you have for visiting unique sites on the island. We want to help you to discover the hidden secrets and beauty of the island. Senglea is a fortified city in the South Eastern Region of Malta. It is one of the Three Cities in the Grand Harbour area. The apartment is steps from the famous Senglea waterfront and a 10-minute ferry or traditional boat taxi ride from Valletta. Senglea is based in the Harbour area. It is a 10 minute walk along a lovely promenade to the neighbouring city of Birgu or an 8 minute private water taxi ride to Valletta, Malta's capital city. Please ask any questions you might have either prior to booking or once you arrive to our island and we’ll do our very best to make your stay with us even more memorable. Malta is a beautiful place so don’t forget your camera either! House Rules: We want you to consider our place your home away from home, as long as this does not disturb our other guests or lovely neighbours. Each item in this apartment has been chosen with care and love, and so we ask you to kindly take care of them whilst you are staying with us. Additional charges that may apply to your stay: - Late check-in (between 8pm and midnight) = €20 - Cot rental €5 per night - Malta requires an Ecological Contribution tax to be paid. This tax is €0.50 per adult (18+)/ per night up to a maximum of €5 per adult/per stay in Malta. For example, a 7 night visit by 2 adults and 2 children under 18 = €0.50 x 2 (€1) x 7 nights =€7 for the whole stay. If your visit encompasses several accommodations totaling 10 or more days, you will still only pay a maximum of €5/person. The above mentioned payments are to be paid in cash upon arrival. In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double niche bed, a spacious and elegantly vintage-furnished living room (with a sofa-bed), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (for those who are tired of eating out and want to experiment with local fresh produce at home) and a bathroom (needless to say, also with sea views!). Beautiful townhouse in the historic and beautiful 3 cities. The house is recently renovated to high standards, including BBQ and hot tub with stunning views of Grand Harbour and Valletta from the roof. The house has a fully equipped large modern kitchen, lounge area with custom sofa, a small office and two double rooms with en-suite. There are two TVs for Netflix (not terrestrial TV) and free wifi throughout the house. Recommended for a couple plus wanting a more cultural than party holiday.

Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

This is my home in Malta! A small apartment (which I intended to live in) on the bastions along Senglea. The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out. At night the mouth of the harbor area in the distance glows warmly. The studio is bright, colorful and I look forward to welcoming you there!

Martina’s place is perfectly located opposite to the docks in a very peaceful area, but still very close to the centre. The place was as described in the pictures and very clean. The bed and sofa could do some replacing, other than that everything was great.

Charming Maltese Townhouse in Senglea

A lovely apartment in a perfect location! The area is peaceful with charming views from the road, and we were so glad we stayed here instead of in the hustle and bustle of Valletta. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the ferry, or if you're coming from Valletta, you can take a small water taxi for just a euro more. They drop you off right near the apartment. The water taxis are a fun option, though not always running when you need to head to Valletta, so we mainly used the main ferry to get there and the water taxis to return. The balcony was a great touch, letting in fresh air and offering a nice partial view of the waterfront. The apartment is spread over three floors. We mostly used the bedroom level, which suited us perfectly

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Lage und es gibt ausreichend, kostenlose Parkplätze (weiße Markierungen) in den umliegenden Straßen. Die Station für die Fähre nach Valetta ist nur 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Küche bietet Platz für ein Frühstück, jedoch ist sie für ein ausgiebiges Kochen eher nicht ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Kirche nebenan läutet unter der Woche morgens um 8 Uhr, also eigentlich ein perfekter Wecker, um den Tag gut zu nutzen.
